Homesitters Ltd are proud sponsors of Katzenworld

Homesitters Ltd are delighted to announce that we are sponsoring Katzenworld, the well-known blog aimed at cat lovers around the world.

We have written guest blogs for Katzenworld over the last year or two and as cat lovers ourselves are pleased to be getting more involved with the site.

At Homesitters we believe that pets are much happier staying in their home environment and sticking to their usual routine when their owners are away and we have many homesitters with lots of experience looking after cats.

We offer a live-in homesitting service and our employees will look after everything – pets, garden and security – providing complete peace of mind. Our homesitters are fully insured and we have a 24/7 back up and support service.

Our clients Vivien and Tony Dance from the west coast of Scotland now use Homesitters to look after their cat, Bonnie when they go away. Previously, they used neighbours to feed Bonnie but when they returned home from holiday they found an extremely distressed cat.

Vivien said, “It took some time to restore the balance after our trip. It didn’t seem to matter that food had been put down twice a day while we were away, Bonnie obviously missed human companionship. I think she was worried she’d been left permanently.”

“We couldn’t go away and leave Bonnie alone again and didn’t want to put her in a cattery, she is a rescue cat and it would have been distressing for her.”

Vivien and Tony booked Homesitters to come and look after Bonnie when they next went away and were relieved to come home to a happy pet. Vivien was delighted saying, “I cannot recommend Homesitters highly enough. When we returned it was as if we hadn’t been away, the house was fine and Bonnie was perfectly happy. They give us total peace of mind to go away without worrying about Bonnie.”
