Homesitters Ltd Pet of the Month for January 2025 is Sunny, a Old English Mastiff.
Sunny is an 8 month old, Old English mastiff.
Currently she weighs 48 kilo and will end up around 80 kilo, so as you can imagine, she consumes a lot of food - her favourite food is salmon and she has her daily “elevenses” which is a pigs ear which she devours leaving a drooly trail in her midst!
Although she is very “sunny” in nature, hence her name, we probably should have called her “Digger” given the amount of holes we are finding in our garden!
We have discovered that we have moles in our garden and Sunny does not like moles at all! She has yet to meet one personally, but she does do a enthusiastic job of tunnelling her way to try and find them.
Most of all Sunny absolutely loves belly rubs and being cuddled up on the sofa in the evening with the family…
